Kidney stones are present in kidneys but they only create problem when they try leaving the body. When the stones become large, they try blocking the urinary tract tubes or their movement might cause damage. The patient might experience a feeling of pain, nausea and fatigue. If not treated in a timely manner, it could become life threatening.
